Welcome to the Montreal Gem and Mineral Club, which was founded in 1957, incorporated in 1964, and has served gem and mineral hobbyists in Montreal ever since. Learn more about the MGMC.
The Club also has a workshop/clubhouse, where members gather to practice stone-cutting and polishing, jewelry-making, or just to socialize and exchange information.
We are mostly known for our annual gem and mineral show, which takes place in late fall. 62nd annual show, Palais des Congrès, October 20, 21 and 22, 2023. To be confirmed.
We also organize rock-collecting field trips and host educational workshops on gemmology, minerology, lapidary and jewelry topics.
